Originally from San Angelo, Texas, Los Lonely Boys is an American Chicana rock and roll power trio. They perform a type of music that they refer to as “Texican Rock n’ Roll,” which incorporates elements of rock & roll, Texas blues, brown eyed soul, country, and Tejano. In addition to Henry Garza on guitar and vocals, there are three more brothers in the band: Jojo Garza on bass and vocals and Ringo Garza on drums and vocals.
They carry on the legacy of their father, Ringo Garza, Sr., who established a band with his brothers, the Falcones, in which they performed. During the 1970s and 1980s, the Falcones performed conjunto music in the southern Texas area. A number one success on the Billboard adult contemporary chart in 2004, their first song, “Heaven,” entered the Top 40 on the Billboard Hot 100 in 2004. “Keep On Giving: Acoustic Live!” “Rockpango,” and their latest release, “Revelation,” were all released under their LonelyTone imprint in 2009 after signing with Austin-based indie label, Playing in Traffic Records. They released an EP, “1969,” and three albums under their LonelyTone imprint, including “Keep On Giving: Acoustic Live!” “Rockpango,” and their newest release, “Revelation.”
