Thomas got charged with manslaughter and two counts of child cruelty. Emma got charged with murder and two counts of cruelty on December 2.
He got convicted of manslaughter after frequently encouraging cruelty and physical violence against his son by his girlfriend, reports Birmingham Mail.
Arthur was found injured inside a house in Cranmore Road, Shirley, Solihull, West Midlands, on June 16, 2020. He died in the hospital the following day.
After Huges got arrested, he told the police that he turned into a monster during the lockdown.
