Abigail Edna Disney was born on the 24th January 1960, in Los Angeles, California, USA and is the daughter of Roy Edward Disney and Patricia Ann Dailey and the sister of Roy Patrick Disney. She also worked as an executive producer in the films “The Invisible War” (2012), “This is How I Roll” (2012), “Sexy Baby” (2012) and “Alias Ruby Blade” (2012) and other documentary films. It is worth mentioning the fact that Disney worked as an executive producer in the feature length documentary entitled “The Trials of Spring” (2015) directed by Gini Reticker, and the same year, she debuted as a director and screenwriter on the documentary film “The Armor of Light” (2015), which won the Galway Film Fleadh Award as the Best International Feature Documentary and the Special Award at the Traverse City Film Festival.

Finally, in the personal life of Abigail Disney, she has been married to the activist Pierre Norman Hauser since 8th October 1988; the two have four children.

In 1991, Abigail alongside her husband launched The Daphne Foundation which helps those who live in poverty. In 2008, she created a non profit organization entitled Peace is Loud.
