The official involved in his investigation, Salazar couldn’t continue because Tim being a member of the Hart city council, might have created a conflict on the investigation.
After Salazar, the case was given to Oceana County Sheriff’s department. They interviewed Tim again and paid attention to the full-time nanny, Jamie Hathaway.
They found out that Jamie and Tim met at his office through a mutual friend and developed their relationship into a casual friendship. She accompanied Tim and the kids to the park.
Jamie didn’t have a house to live in, so Tim and Ann agreed to let her stay with them in their house. Initially, things went right but, a few months later, she started an affair with Tim.
She moved out of the house as well, and as per her testimony in court, they tried to end the relationship but failed to do so. Tim later told Jamie that he would divorce Lee-Ann.
On 28th, Tim informed Jamie that he had a talk with Lee-Ann about the divorce and let her move to her mother’s apartment. On the 29th morning, Jamie took their daughter out.
Later Tim confessed that, after Jamie took their daughter out, he argued with Lee-Ann where Tim fell over Lee-Ann’s face losing his senses when he hit his head.
When he gathered his senses, he found Lee-Ann dead. He emptied the bathtub water, and changed his clothes, and put them into the washing machine.
Who Is Tim Shannon Wife?
Tim Shannon’s wife was Lee-Ann Shannon, who lived in Hart on Cortland Street. It was nine years ago, on December 29th, 2012, Tim called 9-1-1 to inform that his wife passed away.
The rescue team reached their house along with officer Juan Salazar of the Hart city police. Lee-Ann’s body was found in the bathtub of their house. The medical team examined her body.
There was no trauma on her body and announced the death suspicious. As per their experience, adults usually do not die in bathtubs, and her physical stature showed something different.

Upon Tim Shannon’s call to 911, the emergency team reached his house. When they reached the place, Tim was at the front door holding a cup of coffee in one of his hands.

Tim directed them to the bathroom, where Lee-Ann’s body was in the bathtub. Officer, Salazar interviewed Tim, and carried out his early investigation, and collected some pictures.
He found lots of wine bottles and two children. They were living in the resident of the crime scene as well. The daughter was taken care of by Jamie Hathaway and the son by grandparents.
