As the search continues for missing New Hampshire girl, Harmony Montgomery, CrimeOnline’s Nancy Grace told Fox News that most parties involved have failed the young child.

As CrimeOnline previously reported, Harmony hasn’t been seen since 2019 but was only reported missing in late 2021.

Court documents released earlier this month indicate that police received a call from the child’s biological mother, Crystal Sorey, on November 18, 2021, claiming Harmony was missing. Sorey told police that Harmony’s father, Adam Montgomery, had physical custody of the girl and she couldn’t get in touch with him.

Sorey also emailed the mayor of Manchester and pleaded with him to find Harmony. Sorey claimed Adam Montgomery blocked her on social media and refused her calls after she inquired about her daughter.

“There are a lot of conflicting stories but I can tell you this much: if I can’t find my child I wouldn’t be sitting on someone’s laptop sending emails,” Grace told Fox News. “I would be out looking for my child and lying on the front steps of the courthouse, screaming.”

New Hampshire police reached out to the New Hampshire Department of Children’s Services to locate Adam Montgomery, but by December 27, the agency couldn’t find him. Police began searching for Montgomery when they learned that Harmony “had not been physically seen since October/November 2019.”

According to Manchester Police Chief Allen Aldenberg, tips have been pouring into a dedicated hotline as the reward for information leading to Harmony’s whereabouts increased to $104,000.

“Somebody out there knows something,” Aldenberg said during a Wednesday news conference. “And whatever strikes at people’s conscience as a human being to come forward and do the right thing, whatever it takes is what we’re going to be doing.”

Grace acknowledged that police said they didn’t know Harmony was missing until December 2021, but she questions why they didn’t help when they showed up to her home for a welfare check in 2019.

“Their police force went out to the home, and they left her [Harmony] there with a black eye. Nobody got the girl out. So now, two years have passed. What have they been doing, sitting on their thumb?” Grace asked.

Harmony is described as standing around 4 feet tall and weighing 50 pounds. She has blond hair and blue eyes. She is blind in her right eye and should be wearing glasses. The most recent photographs available were taken when she was 5 years old.

A $104,00 reward for information on Harmony’s whereabouts is being offered. Anyone with information is asked to contact the police tipline at 603-203-6060.
