Gloria Kotnik is an Olympic athlete. She is representing Slovenia’s Snowboarding team at the Olympic Games Beijing 2022.
Kotnik has successfully won a bronze in the Women’s parallel giant slalom on February 8, 2022.
The Slovenian has previously competed at the 2010 and 2014 Winter Olympics. Her best results were three 4th places in 2018 until the bronze win.

Gloria Kotnik has been living with her Slovenian partner Zeljko Stevic. They have not been married yet.
However, the pair do share a 10-month-old son named Maj, who was born in January 2021.

During the 2020/2021 season, the young mother became pregnant. She had last competed in March 2020, but she was still able to compete in the qualifying round.

Her father has already been a Snowboarder in past. In fact, has worked as her coach and coach of the Slovenian snowboarding team.
In 2015, he served as the coach for the People’s Republic of China national snowboarding team. No doubt, that the olympian is highly influenced by her father.
Gloria says: “I was skiing, but my parents bought snowboards, so I also wanted to have one.”
Not to forget that she was taught snowboarding at age five in her hometown in Rogla.
