A Pennsylvania teenager has been charged with stabbing his mother’s boyfriend to death Sunday morning.

South Whitehall Township Police said they were called to an apartment just before 9:30 a.m. and found Miles Brickhouse Jr, 52, suffering from multiple stab wounds outside, the Morning Call reported.

Monica Stettler, who lives at the apartment, said that Brickhouse was her boyfriend and had been living there for several weeks. On Sunday morning, she said, her son, 18-year-old Gabriel Stettler, was “stomping in the kitchen and slamming a door” before he and Brickhouse got into a fight.

During the fight, police said, Stettler grabbed a knife and stabbed Brickhouse several times.

The Lehigh County Coroner pronounced Brickhouse dead on the scene, and Gabriel Stettler was arrested and charged with criminal homicide, He is awaiting arraignment.
