A 13-year-old boy has died after falling from a hotel balcony in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, according to police.

Little information is known at this point, but the Chapel Hill Police Department announced that the incident happened at the Graduate Hotel off of West Franklin Street, a little before 11 p.m. on Saturday night.

According to a press release, the child fell from the hotel’s fifth floor and landed on the third floor. The victim’s identity and the details surrounding the fall are not clear at this time.

According to WRAL, a 911 caller said they saw the boy struggling to breathe, with visible rib injuries.

“He’s moaning,” a caller told a 911 dispatcher.
