Is Activist Judith Clark In Prison? Whereabouts Of The Former Member Of Weather Underground

Judith Clark, a former prison inmate, is an activist who was convicted for her role in the 1981 crime.

The American activist was a getaway driver in the Brink’s robbery, which resulted in the deaths of two New York City police officers and a security guard.

Clark was sentenced to 75 years to life in prison for her role in the heist, but her sentence was commuted to 35 years, allowing her to be released in 2019.

Clark has opened up about sex and touch, which are human needs and rights that are repressed and criminalized in the prison system, nearly three years after her release.

Read more about what she has to say by clicking here. In the meantime, let’s look at her personal information.

Is Activist Judith Clark In Prison?

Judith Clark is not incarcerated. On May 10, 2019, she was released from prison after serving 37 years.

Clark, a Bedford Hills Correctional Facility inmate in New York, was sentenced to 75 years to life in prison for her role as a getaway driver in the infamous $1.6 million Brink’s heist, which killed two NYPD officers and one security guard.

In 1981, the activist and former Weather Underground member was arrested and convicted of felony murder for her role in the crime. Governor Andrew Cuomo commuted her sentence to 35 years, making her eligible for parole in 2016.

Her parole was initially denied due to strong opposition from prosecutors and law enforcement, but she was later granted it on April 17, 2019.

Clark was revealed to be a model prisoner who trained service dogs, counseled the mothers, and started an AIDS education program.

Let’s Discuss Judith Clark Husband And Children

The identity of Judith Clark’s husband is unknown. Harriet Clark is her daughter.

The activist was 31 years old when she became involved in the heist, and it was later revealed that she was the mother of her daughter Harriet.

She had to have been married at the time of the incident. On her mother’s release, her daughter stated that she hoped the parole board would honor the prison inmates who transform their lives by assisting them in meeting their loved ones.

Judith Clark was Joe and Ruth Clark’s daughter.

She was imprisoned for 37 years of her life. She is thought to have made a good living as an activist and member of the Weather Underground.

    She is seventy-two years old.
