Barbara Waite was the mother of Riverdale actor Ryan Grantham mother.
In April 2020, it was reported that her body was found dead by relatives inside her home in a townhouse complex on Government Road in Squamish. However, the cause of death has not yet been released.
At first, he was charged with one count of first-degree murder. In addition to that, he recently pleaded guilty in B. C. Supreme court for which he will be facing a life sentence of between 10 and 25 years of parole.
Further, a sentencing hearing is scheduled for June 13.
