Heidi Allen is an innocent eighteen-year-old teen girl from New York State who vanished on April 3, 1994, in the Oswego County Town of New Haven. She was a cashier at the D&W Convenience Store, where she was working on a regular basis when she inexplicably vanished.

Heidi Allen had no sign of presence even after weeks of inspection from hundreds of volunteers. The intense inquiry led the police to the arrests of the two men from the neighborhood. In particular, Richard Thibodeau got arrested in May 1994, and he didn’t give any information for finding Heidi Allen.
On the other hand, Gary Thibodeau got arrested in August 1994 and charged with kidnapping and a first degree in connection with the missing person case. However, the investigation didn’t direct let the police find Heidi Allen in the following years.

On the other hand, Richard got found not guilty in September 1995, where Gary Thibodeau had appealed his conviction to the New York State Supreme Court Appellate Division. Gary Thibodeau died in jail after numerous attempts at a new trial.
