A suspect named Nathan Zacharias from Florida has been arrested and is facing several charges.

According to Click Orlando, Zakarias was driving eastward in the westward lane around 12:30 am. Then, the driver turned to avoid a head-on collision.

As per the deputies, a car carrying four people could not avoid a collision with Zakarias. Sadly, two of the four crew members were taken to the hospital.

A body camera video was recently released by the sheriff’s office. Reportedly, the footage shows the victim telling the lieutenant that the suspect clipped the car and hit the side mirrors.

One of the victims claimed that he was coming head-on at them, and he swerved to avoid Nathan. Surprisingly, deputies found both open and unopened beer in his vehicle.

Officials confirmed that his license was limited to business only for the previous drunk driving in August 2021. Today, he faces multiple accusations.

Furthermore, authorities said it was clear that Zakarias was injured while driving. But, he was not injured in the accident.

According to the press release, he spoke vaguely, his feet were unstable, and the smell of alcohol was strong. Further investigation is currently ongoing.
