Bruce Willis has announced that he is “stepping away” from acting due to health issues.

Willis has been diagnosed with aphasia, a disorder often caused by damage to a specific area of the brain. His family says that he has made the decision to step away from the camera.

“To Bruce’s amazing supporters, as a family we wanted to share that our beloved Bruce has been experiencing some health issues and has recently been diagnosed with aphasia, which is impacting his cognitive abilities,” the family statement said.
