Nicola Hughes, 32, announced she is pregnant with her first child in a sweet Instagram post on Monday evening. 

The former Made In Chelsea star shared a snap of her growing bump to her feed, simply writing ‘hi baby’.

The news comes just five months after she married businessman Charlie Tupper in a lavish Surrey ceremony – as the newlyweds prepare to become parents.

In the shot, which was just of her body, Nicola lay on a sun lounger in a mustard bikini, showing off her blossoming bump.

Charlie lay behind her in a spoon position as he wrapped a supportive arm around her stomach, holding onto the TV personality’s hand.

An influx of well wishes accompanied the post, including some from her former MIC cast-mates.

Lucy Watson wrote ‘Best news ever’ while Emily Blackwell gushed ‘Awwwww unreal. congratulations my lovely’.

Keeping his announcement simple, Charlie reposted his wife’s snap to his Story – adding a smiley emoji.

The pair got married in a lavish ceremony in Surrey back in December, taking place at beautiful Botleys Mansion – with the likes of Lottie Moss and bridesmaids Tiffany and Lucy Watson in attendance, alongside 105 other guests. 

Nicola, who has been with Charlie for five years, admitted that the wedding plans had to be rejigged due to Covid-19 restrictions, with the ceremony being planned in a mere six weeks.

The Irish native rose to fame on E4’s Made in Chelsea, which she joined as Alex Mytton’s at-the-time girlfriend.

She left the show in 2016, after the relationship broke down after alleged acts of infidelity from Alex, who broke up with her via text.
