Klay Thompson, a basketball player, was born on February 8, 1990, and is currently 32 years old. Laura Harrier, on the other hand, was born on March 28, 1990, and is currently 32 years old.

Klay and Laura are a year and a half apart in age. Laura grew up in Evanston, Illinois, and was born in Chicago.

Temujin Harrier, her father, is African American, and Linda, her mother, is of Polish and English descent. Harrier’s father is in the insurance industry, and her mother is a speech pathologist.

Laura had a speech impediment as a child until she was three years old, which her mother was able to cure. Laura was shy, so her mother enrolled her in acting classes to help her gain confidence. Laura went to Evanston Township High School, where she took drama classes and participated in sports. 

Harrier was voted best dressed in high school for her interest in fashion. Harrierbegan modeling at the age of 17 after being discovered by a location scout friend of her mother’s.

Laura moved to New York City after graduating from high school in 2008 to study art history at New York University Gallatin School of Individualized Study. Laura chose to defer enrollment upon arrival in order to pursue a career in modeling.
