The U.S military man’s arrest documents do not specify the branch of the military the U.S military man belonged to.

The incident occurred in August when two men in a black sedan pulled up beside the woman’s car, and the U.S military man fired a single shot, hitting the front passenger door.

The woman reported that the driver who was the said U.S military man was wearing a camouflage military uniform, which was later confirmed by investigators.

Surveillance footage obtained by deputies showed the sedan where the U.S Military man was driving at high speed before the shooting took place.
