Sol Campbell is ‘being sued for £810,000’ after ‘pulling out of buying a £3.85million flat’ in London, according to The Sun.

The outlet claims that the former England captain and his partner, Fiona, had ‘put a ten percent deposit of £387,500 down’ on the apartment which is reportedly located in Cadogan Square, in Knightsbridge.

The owner of the property, Lady Jadranka Beresford-Peirse, had reportedly said that the pair had ‘signed a contract to purchase the flat in 2021’ but have not paid the outstanding balance.

The news outlet states that Lady Jadranka has ‘accused them of a breach of contract after failing to pay the outstanding balance on the apartment’.

She is also reportedly ‘seeking an order for the pair to buy the flat and pay her compensation’.
