Last month she underwent breast lift surgery following her nine stone weight loss.

And Chanelle Hayes showed off the results as she stripped down to a swimsuit for an Instagram video on Thursday.

The Big Brother star, 36, who dropped from 17st 4lb to 9st 5lb after a gastric sleeve operation in 2020 has always been candid with her fans, so also took the moment to proudly show off her ‘cellulite and wobbly fans’.

Clad in a plunging black one piece, the mother-of-two wiggled her arms and spun around while dancing around at Titanic Spa in Huddersfield.

She captioned the clip: ‘You guys know I like to keep it real on here, so here is a REAL reel!! I had an amazing spa break with my mum, my aunty and my cousin this week and we had some much-needed R&R.’

Chanelle continued: ‘I didn’t fake tan, I didn’t wear makeup, I had no hair extensions in, I didn’t style my hair…I didn’t even shave my legs (it’s winter – that would be such a waste of a leg shave IYKYK!!!!) I had my wobbly bits out, I had my cellulite on display for everyone to see AND IT FELT GREAT!!!!!!

‘There is something so “freeing” about not giving a damn and still loving myself. Am I runway ready? Nope. Do I care? Absolutely fricking not! Did I have the best time? I did indeed. Haven’t posted for a while so wanted to start my insta 2024 with a wobble (literally!).’

At the height of her fame in 2009, Chanelle weighed 8.5 stone, barely ate and took laxatives to try and achieve a “WAG body”.

Yet in 2020 the reality star had a secret gastric sleeve operation after she reached 17 stone.

Chanelle lost nine stone and dropped from a size 18 to a size 10.

Her weight loss surgery meant she was left with loose skin around her stomach, which led her to also undergo a tummy tuck amid her body transformation.

Chanelle explained her weight loss caused her breasts to be disfigured, leaving her looking like she had ‘four boobs’.

During her tummy tuck surgery, Chanelle revealed the secret health scare doctors found whilst she was under the invasive procedure.

In an interview with New! magazine, she said: ‘They [surgeons] found a Hernia during surgery, so repaired that which caused a lot of pain.’

Three years on from her dramatic weight loss, the reality star revealed how much her confidence increased.

Chanelle added: ‘I’m a much nicer person since losing weight. I was just so sad all the time, or always in a mood. It got to the point where I didn’t want to go out anymore, so I’d just stay in on my own.

‘I’d make an excuse every time someone asked me to do something so I didn’t have to leave. I lost a part of my life and myself.’

In July, she took to social media to share some before and after photos of her weight loss, adding that her operation had ‘changed her life’ and she had ‘no regrets’.

She wrote on Instagram: ‘I get so many DMs about my weight loss surgery. Was I nervous? Yes! But I did plenty of research beforehand.

‘Do I regret it? Not one bit, it’s changed my life when I was unable to do so on my own.

‘Is it easy? No, there’s still lots of work to put in, it’s not a quick fix and it changes the way you eat/digest forever.’

She continued: ‘Is it for everybody? No. Nothing is for everybody really. If you’re seriously considering bariatric surgery, do your research. Exhaust other options. Speak to a professional who is able to give you medical advice.

‘Did it change my life? Yes it did and I am forever grateful…in some ways it didn’t only change my life but it saved it.

‘It allowed me to live again. My WLS allowed me to experience things with my loved ones that I wouldn’t feel able to do before. It improved my mood, my health, my quality of life.

‘Ps – always seek medical advice from a bariatric professional. This is purely my experience as a patient.’
