Liverpool fans have reacted to a stunning Conor Bradley compilation showing his performance from last night.

The Reds maintained their five-point lead at the top of the Premier League with a fantastic 4-1 victory over Chelsea at Anfield.

Jurgen Klopp’s side dominated their London visitors as Diogo Jota opened the scoring before 20-year-old Conor Bradley fired in his first goal for the club.

But it was the youngster at right-back who wowed fans and pundits with his performance.

Responding to a compilation video showing him last night, one fan wrote: ‘His growth in the last few games has been absurd! Klopp and Lijnders have worked wonders on our academy.

‘Bradley, Bajcetic, Quansah, Jones, Trent… Even Kelleher has had his moments, Doak could still make it, McConnell looked great the other day. Love to see it.’

Another added: ‘When I remember, there is also Stefan coming for Alexis/Endo position. It’s a crime to leave that team, Klopp.’

A third also said: ‘Crazy that the wonderful compilation of Conor’s part was not even a full 90 mins performance,’ while a fourth commented: ‘Who trains our right backs at the Academy? [Laughing faces]’

One area of last night’s game that was not as appreciated was the two penalty decisions that went against Chelsea.

Former Man United defender Rio Ferdinand said VAR were wrong to deny the two incidents.

‘I can’t believe VAR hasn’t seen that and not give the penalties. VAR is meant to help in these situations,’ he said.

‘How they have looked at the those two incidents and not thought they were penalties [for Chelsea].

‘I still think Chelsea were well off it today but those penalties could have changed the nature of the game.’
