- TIMI-22 – Thrombolysis in Myocardial Infarction Study (1996): TIMI-22 provided crucial insights into the use of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA) in treating myocardial infarction, establishing the importance of timely reperfusion therapy and impacting the management of acute coronary syndromes.
