Singer Omah rocks man Fiancée on stage at his UK show

On Tuesday, February 20, rising Nigerian musician Omah Lay took a minute to offer a special shoutout to the lady who grabbed his eye during a performance at the Eventim Apollo in London as part of the European leg of his ‘Boy Alone Tour’.

Recall how Omah Lay caused a commotion when singing his song “Bend You,” when he allegedly requested a female fan who was attending the performance with her boyfriend to join him onstage.

Attendees’ online recordings of the pair’s silhouettes created controversy, with many denouncing them.

Despite the unfavorable reaction from internet people, Omah Lay wrote a message to the fan professing his love for her.

In a video circulating on social media, British-Nigerian TV personality Shopsydoo was seen encouraging Omah Lay to give a shoutout to the fan, whom he identified as Fafa.*

Omah Lay said

Shopsydoo: “Oga, give Fafa a shoutout, that your fan.”

Omah Lay: “Fafa, that’s her name? Fafa, I love you.”
