Roxy Jacenko recently lost 14kg and on Monday she showcased the results of her diet and lifestyles changes.

The 44-year-old PR maven flaunted her slender frame in a white bikini in an Instagram. 

The beauty looked remarkably leaner than she did just one year ago.

Roxy revealed she had set herself a time frame and described the lifestyle changes she had adopted to achieve her enviable figure.

‘Six months later we got there. Only took seven years,’ she wrote in the caption.

‘No alcohol, clean eating, body weight exercises only and walking (and the gym element 3-4 times a week dependent on work schedule.’

Last month, Roxy unveiled her astonishing 14kg weight loss to social media, along with the strict diet she used to shrink her frame.

The mother-of-two, who is now based in Singapore, shared a photo of herself looking very svelte in black shorts and a sports bra while working out at the gym. 

’12kg down – shall I do a day on a plate and my gym schedule?’ she wrote in a poll next to the mirror selfie. 

She proceeded to upload a flurry of posts revealing her tips and tricks for weight loss. 

The first was a picture of her lunch, which consisted of grilled chicken, quinoa and vegetables covered in balsamic vinegar. 

She then revealed what she has for breakfast – one cup of coffee and a container of powdered vitamins from a trendy supplement powder company.

Roxy also gave her fans an update on her alcohol consumption, revealing she had finally ditched the booze altogether. 

She also boasted about achieving her ‘goal weight’ by sharing an Instagram Story photo of herself looking slim in a red bikini.
