England suffered a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Brazil, with teen sensation Endrick emerging as the hero of the Saturday night clash.

The Three Lions unbeaten streak at Wembley Stadium came to an end, as the 17-year-old substitute etched his name in history, scoring the only goal of the match.

Endrick’s strike makes him the youngest player ever to score in a senior men’s game at Wembley.

England’s last defeat at Wembley dates back to October 2020, when they were defeated by Denmark in the Nations League.

Gareth Southgate’s men struggled to create clear chances throughout the encounter, even though boasting one of the best squads in Europe.

Brazil on the other hand, had a fair game, with Lucas Paqueta hitting the post, after a poor defending from their opponents.

Endrick could have also doubled his tally at stoppage time, but missed a close range effort, to end the match 1-0.
