Teen Mom star Mackenzie McKee is pregnant, and she revealed she’s expecting twins with her fiancé, Khesanio Hall.

“I’m pregnant and no one knows yet,” Mackenzie, 30, revealed on the March 31 episode of The Drew Barrymore Show, where she appeared with her Teen Mom: The Next Chapter co-star Briana DeJesus. “I’m expecting twins.”

In addition to sharing the news, Mackenzie also revealed that she’s excited to expand her family with Khes, 30.

“You’ve met a wonderful man and want to share this joyous journey with him,” Drew Barrymore remarked to Mackenzie during the conversation. “You desire to raise your children in a loving environment. You’re in love and thrilled about this path ahead.”

Mackenzie also jokingly added, “It was planned. Finally.”

These twins will be Mackenzie and Khes’ first children together. Mackenzie is also a mother to Gannon, 13, Jaxie, 11, and Broncs, 8, with her ex-husband Josh McKee. The pair concluded their divorce in 2024.

Mackenzie began dating Khes after her split from Josh, 31, and they announced their engagement in May 2024.

“I had my dad, sisters and best friend in town. We decided to all dress up for a photo shoot and head to the beach,” she told People about the beach proposal. “When I arrived at the beach, I saw my man there, ready to ask me to marry him … The first thing that came to my mind was, ‘Oh my God, I am loved. I get to marry this man that I love so much.’”

Fans knew that Mackenzie and Khes wanted to have children, and she opened up about the embryo transfer process during the March 20 episode of Teen Mom: The Next Chapter. During the episode, Mackenzie spoke to Khes and her friend Cayla about her hopes of become pregnant by undergoing the procedure.

After noting there was a good chance she could become pregnant with twins, she used spoons to demonstrate the possibility of conceiving more than one child.

“They took an egg, they took a sperm and they made an embryo,” she explained. “We have four embryos, right? But we are choosing to transfer two. Why are we choosing to transfer two? Because if you transfer two embryos, there’s an 80 percent chance one of them sticks and you have one baby. However, this comes with the risk that there’s a 20 percent chance that both of them stick and you have twins.”
