Optical illusions offer a fun and quick way to understand more about yourself.

The psychology-based images can provide an insight by detailing what catches a person’s attention first.

A recent entertaining brainteaser, provided by the prescription eyewear seller, Feel Good Contacts, invites participants to discover various animals concealed within the tree’s branches.

At first glance, you may be able to spot just one or two animals, but look closer and more and more will become visible.

The challenge encourages readers to look deeper and engage your brain in new ways.

However, for the illusion to work properly, you must take note of the very first animal you spot.

The animal that appears most easily to you says a lot about your personality.

Here is what each animal reveals about your character:

Lion: You are proud, courageous and have a strong sense of leadership.

Elephant: You are loyal, determined and confident.

You have eyes of a hawk if you can find the missing bunny in this colourful Easter-themed brainteaser in 30 seconds

Alligator: You are creative, efficient and brave.

Deer: You are generous, kind and empathetic.

Monkey: You are bold, social and playful.

Crane: You are self-reliant, guided by integrity and thoughtful

So which did you spot first?

Next time you look at an optical illusion, pay attention to the first image you spot, as it may say a lot about your personality.

Another tricky brainteaser features a gnarled tree but only those with high IQ can spot a sleepy cat hiding on it.

If that’s still not hard enough for you, then have a go at spotting the hidden broom amongst the clothes in less than five seconds.

Or you can have a go at figuring out the hidden message in this band’s cover art that has confused fans for years.

Lastly, puzzle fanatics have been left scratching their heads trying to find the lost feather in just 12 seconds.
