WINTER PARK, Fla. – Fox Day at Rollins College, a tradition that dates to the mid-1950s, was declared Monday by the school, meaning students will not have class.
In a post on X, Rollins College said, “HAPPY FOX DAY! Whether you spend your day at the beach, the springs, the theme parks, Winter Park, or here on campus, we hope everyone enjoys the day off to enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Check out a full list of the day’s events on campus: https://rollins.college/4j1hrN4”
Nearly every year since 1956, the president of Rollins College picks a day in the spring to give students a surprise break to enjoy the weather, usually in March or April.
Enjoy the day, students!
