Heroes, zeros and more from the Knicks’ 127-102 Game 5 loss to the Celtics at TD Garden in Boston on Wednesday night:

Hero

The Knicks struggled to contain Derrick White, who scored an impressive 34 points, largely due to his 7-for-13 success from beyond the arc — with just two attempts inside the 3-point line.

Zero

OG Anunoby had another disappointing performance this postseason, managing only six points on a tough 1-for-12 shooting night and found it challenging to defend against Jaylen Brown.

Unsung hero

With Jayson Tatum absent, Jaylen Brown stepped up to take on a greater scoring responsibility, contributing 26 points overall. Twelve of those points came in the second quarter, helping the Celtics to rally from a nine-point deficit.

Key stat

60 Points combined for White and Brown — 47.2 percent of the Celtics’ total.
