American Injustice: Illegal Alien Teen Kills Young CO Woman in High-Speed Racing Crash, Serves No Time

The idea of mercy and second chances can be noble, but the progressive left has often taken these concepts to such extremes that it seems violent offenders are being treated more like victims than criminals, often leaving the true victims sidelined by the justice system.

Recently, another tragic incident reminds us of this issue: a teenage illegal immigrant from Colombia, during a high-speed race reaching over 90 miles an hour in Aurora, a suburb of Denver, collided with the car of 24-year-old Kaitlyn Weaver, resulting in her instant death. The outcome for this tragic event was shockingly mild—probation and community service for the perpetrator.

What has happened to justice in this country?

This teenage illegal immigrant, responsible for the death of a young Colorado woman in a high-speed accident, received a lenient plea deal from a progressive district attorney, allowing him to avoid any jail time entirely.

The 15-year-old Colombian teen, who has not been publicly named because of state laws that shield the identity of underage criminal suspects, was sentenced to two years probation and 100 hours of community service for the July 2024 death of Kaitlyn Weaver, her father, John Weaver, told Fox News Digital.

An innocent American is dead while her kiIIer walks free. INSANE
