AUGUSTA, Ga. () — Reverend Robert L. Ramsey, an experienced pastor with nearly fifty years in ministry, is channeling his wisdom into a new book titled What’s Wrong? I’m Tired. Can You Feel Me?

The book captures a timely message of burnout that resonates with many today, according to Reverend Ramsey. Whether you’re a pastor, educator, or managing daily pressures, Ramsey’s insights aim to reach you. “No matter our profession or life stage, there comes a time when we truly need support,” he stated.

Ramsey addresses aspects that impact everyone, particularly families. One notable example from his book highlights parental fatigue. “I discuss how parents, when exhausted, make poor decisions regarding their children. They abandon responsibilities because they grow weary of discipline and teaching,” Reverend Ramsey shared.

He says being tired isn’t always bad, but it’s important to recognize the moment before it turns into something more. “Getting tired has positive and negative. Good and tired can be a good thing. It could be a bad thing. You could do some good things. You can make some good choices or bad choices,” he shared.

This is Ramsey’s third book, but it almost didn’t happen. “I procrastinated because it looked like every time I got ready to write something would come up, but then I got to the point after recognizing life and the privacy of life, I better go and get this done,” he added.

He’s got more books on his heart, possibly ten in the work, and says God’s just getting started. “Seemed like the Lord making me out. That’s something that I didn’t plan. But, that’s what He’s doing,” he said.

You can find What’s Wrong? I’m Tired. Can You Feel Me? at 2nd & Charles on Washington Road in Augusta, MariBeth’s Books in Thomson, and online at robertlramseyministries.com. Pastor Ramsey is also on social media and YouTube.
