ALLENDALE, S.C. () — The 2025 graduation event for Allendale-Fairfax High School is returning to its original location at TIGER Stadium. This change follows the district’s previous announcement on Facebook on May 23, where they had planned to relocate the ceremony indoors because of “numerous rumors of threats.”

Following extensive collaboration with state, county, and local law enforcement, district officials believe this is the optimal decision to ensure that students and families experience the Class of 2025’s graduation ceremony as intended.

Multiple law enforcement agencies will be on site. Anyone who breaks safety rules will be removed—and possibly arrested.

Here’s what you need to know before you arrive:

  • No bags allowed.
  • No flowers, balloons, or noise-makers.
  • All guests will go through metal detectors and handheld wand screening.
  • Stay seated during the entire ceremony.
  • Photos must be taken from your seat—don’t approach the stage or walk the aisles.
  • No loitering before or after the ceremony.
  • Guests must leave the stadium immediately afterward.

If it rains, the ceremony moves indoors to the Allendale-Fairfax Elementary School gym.

If you can’t make it, the graduation will be streamed live on YouTube and Facebook.
