At its live Tudum event, Netflix revealed that the fifth season of Stranger Things will be released in three separate parts. Volume 1 will premiere on November 26th, Volume 2 on December 25th, and The Finale on New Year’s Eve. Along with the release dates, Netflix provided a teaser highlighting what challenges Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), Mike (Finn Wolfhard), Dustin (Gaten Matarazzo), Lucas (Caleb McLaughlin), Will (Noah Schnapp), and Max (Sadie Sink) will face as the series returns.

Originally, Netflix indicated that the final season of Stranger Things would be split into two segments rather than three. However, the revised plan seems designed to keep audiences engaged over time instead of binging all episodes at once. Although this marks the conclusion of the main Stranger Things series, Netflix is also developing both live-action and animated spin-offs. While specific details about these spin-offs have yet to be disclosed, announcements are likely forthcoming.
