A news release from the Washington County, Tennessee Sheriff’s Office (WCSO) stated that Andrew Lipsky, aged 36, was apprehended and faces charges of aggravated assault and reckless endangerment involving a deadly weapon.

The WCSO stated deputies responded to the 200 block of Bud Ball Road just after 10 p.m.
