Megan McConnell is an American professional basketball player with the Phoenix Mercury in the Women’s National Basketball Association (WNBA). She joined the team in June 2025 following an undrafted status in the same year’s draft. Her debut WNBA appearance was on June 3, 2025, in a match against the Minnesota Lynx.
She was a member of the Duquesne Dukes for five years. While with the team, she maintained averages of 12.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 4.6 assists, and 2.6 steals per game. Her standout performance was during her senior year, where she achieved averages of 18.4 points, 7.2 rebounds, five assists, and 4.1 steals.

Megan suffered a right knee injury on her WNBA debut on June 3, 2025. According to the post from Desert Wave Media, Megan ran into Minnesota’s Alissa Pili’s thigh during a loose-ball situation. She left the court and went to the locker room.
