Riri Williams returns post-Wakanda, blending genius tech and raw power in Marvel’s “Ironheart,” streaming June 24 on Disney+.

LOS ANGELES — Marvel fans, get ready – “Ironheart” is officially arriving on Disney+ June 24!

The latest Marvel Television series introduces us to Riri Williams, a brilliant young inventor portrayed by Dominique Thorne. We first encountered her character in “Black Panther: Wakanda Forever.”

Now, we’ll get to see her journey unfold more deeply as she returns to her hometown of Chicago, caught in a battle between tech and magic.

Thorne highlights that Riri’s uniqueness lies in how her story unfolds. Rather than starting with a flashback, the series explores the pivotal moments that have defined her and shaped her ambitions.

Riri’s ingeniously designed iron suits lead her into a confrontation with Parker Robbins, known as “The Hood” (played by Anthony Ramos), whose enigmatic abilities bring an unexpected element to the plot.

The series also stars Lyric Ross, Alden Ehrenreich, Regan Aliyah, and more. With Chinaka Hodge as head writer and executive producers like Kevin Feige and Ryan Coogler on board, “Ironheart” promises a fresh and powerful addition to the MCU.
