It was a celebratory week for Adrienne Maloof and Dr. Paul Nassif.

On June 19, a Thursday, the former couple from The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills took to Instagram to share heartfelt birthday messages for their eldest son, Gavin Nassif. Adrienne shared a series of images showcasing the 22-year-old smiling next to his white birthday cake, which was adorned with green piping and various berries. She wrapped up the post with a charming throwback picture of herself with her firstborn son.

“We blinked and he grew up!” she captioned the June 19 Instagram. “Still feels like yesterday. Happy Birthday, my sweet Gavin.”

Paul Nassif celebrates son Gavin Nassif’s 22nd birthday

Paul marked the celebration by posting a photo from a recent golf outing he had with Gavin. The image featured the father and son duo on the course, accompanied by Paul and Adrienne’s younger sons, the 19-year-old twins, Collin and Christian Nassif.

“Happy Birthday to my oldest, [Gavin],” Paul expressed in his Instagram post. “I am in awe of the amazing big brother you have become to all your siblings. You make me immensely proud to be your father. There’s truly no one like you; your kindness and compassion make everyone you meet feel welcomed and secure… I love you more than words can say. ⁃ Dad.”

Fans got an update on Gavin back in May, when Adrienne chatted with Us Weekly at the “It’s Up to Us” women’s health event. She told the outlet that Gavin was enrolled at San Diego State University and was exploring a career in the movie industry. 

Collin and Christian are attending Southern Methodist University and the University of Southern California, respectively, and just completed their freshman year. Both students are members of the Sigma Chi fraternity and are studying business and finance. 

“They’re all in college now, so I’m an empty nester,” Adrienne said about her boys. “But they’re doing wonderful.”

While Adrienne is in full empty-nester mode, Paul still has plenty of time before he reaches that chapter. About seven years after divorcing Adrienne, the plastic surgeon tied the knot with Brittany Pattakos. The couple welcomed their first child together — a daughter named Paulina Anne Nassif  — in October 2020, and welcomed baby No. 2 — a son named Paul Michael Nassif Jr. — in January 2025. 

Paul reflected on his blended-family life in a June 15 Instagram post for Father’s Day. He shared photos of himself and his oldest boys, as well as a snap of him, Brittany, and their young kids.

“Not only is fatherhood my most important job, but it’s my favorite,” he wrote. “I’m so incredibly blessed to be a father of five; it’s the honor of a lifetime. Happy Father’s Day to all of the incredible dads out there! I love and miss you, dad.
