Henry Golding seemingly confirmed rumors of an on-set feud between his Another Simple Favor co-stars Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick.

During his and Charlize Theron‘s appearance on Thursday night’s (June 26) episode of Watch What Happens Live, host Andy Cohen had them play a game called “1, 2, Agree or Disagree.” The atmosphere turned a bit tense when Cohen posed the question of whether there’s “usually at least a little bit of truth” behind rumors that co-stars are having conflicts on set — and both actors signaled their agreement with “agree” signs.

“Says one of the stars of A Simple Favor!” Cohen remarked, alluding to the rumored discord between Blake Lively and Anna Kendrick, who starred together in both A Simple Favor films.

Golding laughed, before coyly adding, “I don’t know what you’re talking about.”

Speculation about a rift between the actresses emerged during the promotion of the sequel directed by Paul Feig. Entertainment Tonight had asked Kendrick about her experience working again with Lively, who was contending with a heated legal issue involving her It Ends with Us co-star and director, Justin Baldoni.

“Oh, you know…” Kendrick replied.

The Pitch Perfect star was later asked how she felt about “everything that’s going on in the world,” a clear reference to her co-star’s highly publicized legal drama.

“Why, what happened?” Anna quipped, per Variety. “I did ayahuasca, and the last year of my life is just gone.”

However, a source with knowledge of the situation shut down the gossip, telling E! News, “There is no drama. They are not enemies. They are coworkers; friends and get along well.” The insider added that the two actresses were looking forward “to promoting the movie along with the rest of the cast.”

Feig—who directed A Simple Favor and its sequel—also defended Lively when rumors claimed her legal dispute with Baldoni was having a negative impact on Another Simple Favor’s release. “This is total BS. Sorry,” he wrote on X in January. “The movie is finished and coming out soon. Don’t believe anything you read on social media these days.”

Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
