Lady Gabriella Windsor has been spotted enjoying day one of Wimbledon from the Royal Box.

The 44-year-old appeared to be enjoying the opening day of the prestigious tournament – despite the blistering heat.

She was accompanied by Robert Denning, 41, a philanthropist and former entrepreneur, who is  known for his role on the Board of Trustees at The Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, among others.

Lady Gabriella looked elegant in a white shirt dress with a blue floral print. She wore her blonde tresses loose, and and finished her ensemble with a classic, natural make-up look.

Meanwhile, Robert opted for a white shirt and classic black tie. However, he added a modern twist to his outfit, with a pair of eye-catching sunglasses with white frames.

The friends seemed to be enjoying their day out, and were pictured laughing and chatting as they watched the athletic action.

Lady Gabriella’s appearance followed her outing at Ascot earlier this month, when she was pictured embracing members of the Royal Family including Zara Tindall.

Her showing at Ascot on June 18 this year came 12 months after her first public appearance since the tragic death of her husband Thomas Kingston in February 2024.

An inquest in March 2024 found that Lady Gabriella’s husband Thomas Kingston had died from a ‘traumatic head wound’.

A gun was found near his body in an outbuilding of his parents’ Cotswolds home, an inquest heard.

He was found at his family’s country mansion and a post mortem revealed the cause of death, Gloucestershire Coroner’s Court was told.

His father found him on forcing entry to a locked building after Mr Kingston had earlier visited for lunch with his parents, senior coroner Katy Skerrett said.

Police and paramedics were called to the scene after a member of the family made a 999 call.

Police at the time said Mr Kingston’s death was not suspicious.

Following the tragic news, the King and Queen had sent their ‘most heartfelt thoughts and prayers’ to Lady Gabriella, who is known as Ella, and Mr Kingston’s parents and siblings.

A statement was released at the time on behalf of Lady Gabriella Kingston, Mr Martin and Mrs Jill Kingston, Mrs Joanna Connolly and Mrs Emma Murray.

Lady Gabriella released a personal photo she took of her husband, showing him smiling and dressed in a casual pink shirt as he stood near a stretch of water in the sunshine.
