The Real Housewives of Atlanta former star reignited reconciliation rumors earlier this month, nearly two years following the finalization of her divorce from Michael. Eva suggested a renewed romance in a Instagram Reel on July 5, where she and her ex-husband appeared together on a golf cart during EssenceFest 2025.

“Happy Essence,” Eva said in the clip, before placing her head on Michael’s shoulder.

“I’m floating,” the caption read. “Soft launch.”

While Eva did not officially reveal the nature of her relationship with Michael, the phrase “soft launch” is often used to unveil a new or revived romance subtly, without an official statement.

Eva’s post has received over 100,000 likes and thousands of comments, with some reactions coming from fellow stars. RHOA alum Kandi Burruss and The Real Housewives of Orange County‘s Gretchen Rossi responded with heart emojis, while The Real Housewives of New York City’s Ubah Hassan commented, “Cue the happy dances.”

The Real Housewives of Potomac alum Charrisse Jackson-Jordan added, “Always rooting for family love. All the very best,” while Seed founder Valeisha Butterfield simply wrote, “Love wins.” Eva responded to the latter with, “Always.”

Eva confirmed her marital split in a March 2023 statement to People magazine, saying her relationship with Michael was “irretrievably broken.”
