Celebrity Bake Off is heating up – and an iconic British girlband star is reportedly set to join a slew of A-listers in the tent.

The upcoming series scheduled for 2026 will feature Sugababes member Mutya Buena, 40, participating in the Channel 4 program to support the charity Stand Up To Cancer, as reported by The Sun.

A TV insider told the publication: ‘Mutya will be seeing if she can get a handshake from Paul Hollywood when she goes into the tent.

‘She doesn’t consider herself much of a baker, but it’s for charity and there are bound to be some.’

MailOnline has contacted Channel 4 and Mutya’s representative for comment.

Mutya aims to improve her culinary skills in the kitchen following last year’s Celebrity MasterChef, where she found the cheesecake challenge particularly tough.

She famously created a buttery biscuit base that was so thick you could have used it to wedge open a door.

Despite crashing out of the competition, the singer said she was proud of her progress.

She said: ‘I wanted to do Celebrity MasterChef because I enjoy cooking in general and I love cooking for my family and friends.

‘I wanted to learn some new things in the kitchen, some new tricks that I could bring home.’

The upcoming Stand Up To Cancer special is already shaping up to be a star-studded affair.

Hollywood actress Ambika Mod, 29, who rose to fame in This Is Going To Hurt and more recently starred in One Day, will also reportedly be stepping into the tent alongside Geordie Shore favourite Vicky Pattison, 37.

Also joining the line-up are comedian Babatunde Aleshe, 38, Love Island star Molly-Mae Hague, 26, and former Celebrity Big Brother contestant JoJo Siwa, 22.

They’ll be joined by RAG ‘N’ Bone Man, 40, broadcaster Edith Bowman, 51, and 8 Out of 10 Cats regular Jon Richardson, 42 – all ready to be judged by Cherish Finden and Paul Hollywood in the iconic Bake Off tent.
