Southeastern Chapter of PVA receives nearly $25,000 grant

HEPHZIBAH, Ga. () – The Southeastern Chapter of Paralyzed Veterans of America, based in Hephzibah, has announced a grant award of $24,999.

The donation was given from the Christopher & Dana Reeve Foundation National Paralysis Resource Center (NPRC)’s Quality of Life grants.

The chapter stated that this grant will be used to cover hotel expenses for veteran athletes participating in the 2025 National Wheelchair Games in Minneapolis, MN.

“These awards are about restoring independence to our constituents,” said Dan McNeal, Director of the Reeve Foundation’s Quality of Life Grants Program. “Our primary objective is to improve the quality of life for individuals living with paralysis. We are honored to continue collaborating with numerous dedicated organizations that have tirelessly committed their time and efforts to ensure accessibility and inclusivity are integral to their programs.”
