New: Unearthed Video Provides Smoking Gun for Adam Schiff's Alleged Mortgage Fraud

With a new president at the helm and the Department of Justice seemingly no longer willing to overlook potential wrongdoings by Democrats, Sen. Adam Schiff could be facing consequences for his past actions.

According to a report by RedState in 2023, the senator claimed a Maryland residence as his “primary residence” on a federal loan document to obtain a lower mortgage rate. This is problematic because Schiff, who served as a politician from Burbank, CA, would have been ineligible for the offices he held between 2003 and 2025 if his primary residence was in another state, indicating potential dishonesty on his part.

During Joe Biden’s presidency, this issue did not gain traction for understandable reasons. However, with Donald Trump now in office, there seems to be a renewed interest in holding Democrats accountable, especially after the government’s attempts to prosecute him. On Tuesday, Trump alleged that “Fannie Mae’s Financial Crimes Division” was involved in mortgage fraud, and subsequently, it was confirmed that a criminal referral had been sent to the DOJ.
