Troopers Report Fatal Crash Involving 30-Year-Old Motorcyclist in Orange County

Crash reported at Orange Avenue and Mary Louise Lane

ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A tragic accident occurred in Orange County on Saturday afternoon, resulting in the death of a 30-year-old motorcyclist, as reported by the Florida Highway Patrol.

Troopers said the fatal crash happened around 5:12 p.m. on Orange Avenue and Mary Louise Lane.

According to the incident report, the motorcyclist was riding a Yamaha FJ-09 heading south on Orange Avenue, just north of Mark Louise Lane. The driver lost control while navigating a left-hand curve, causing the motorcycle to veer southwest onto the shoulder.

As a result, the vehicle struck a guardrail which caused the motorcyclist to fall from the vehicle.

The driver, identified as a 30-year-old Kissimmee man, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The crash remains under invstigation.
