MAGA influencer Ashley St. Clair was all smiles after a grueling two-hour hearing in New York, where she’s fighting for sole custody of her 10-month-old son with Elon Musk.
St. Clair, 26, looked striking with a newly cropped bob as she faced off against the Tesla tycoon, 54, who once was a former advisor to Donald Trump before their falling out.
The hearing at New York Supreme Court was held closed to both the press and the public on Monday, with court staff going so far as to cover the windows with paper to block prying eyes.
But St. Clair took the publicity in stride, and after the hearing was concluded, she appeared at ease as she hugged her lawyer before getting into a taxi.
She declined to comment to the Daily Mail, and her lawyer Karen Rosenthal stated: ‘We can’t talk about it’.
The lawsuit has become an embarrassing chapter for Musk, who was sued St. Clair in February.
She gave birth to their son – identified in court documents as RSC but reportedly named Romulus – in September 2024 and went public with the story on Valentine’s Day.
This baby marked the 13th child for Musk, who has said that he sees birthing a large number of children as the solution to the depopulation crisis.

During her last appearance court appearance in May, St. Clair sported a girl-next-door look with long wavy locks, a mid-length sailor-striped inspired flowy dress and white flats under a tan corduroy jacket. She has traded the look for a short choppy style.
Despite his reported initial hesitance, the paternity test reportedly found there was a 99.99 percent chance he was the boy’s father.
Musk reportedly offered St. Clair $15million and $100,000 a month to keep quiet about the pregnancy but she took him to court instead.
After doing so, Musk ‘substantially’ reduced the amount of money was paying to St. Clair, her lawyers have claimed.
During that period, a resolution seemed a long way off as St. Clair claimed that Musk ‘no longer wishes to resolve issues of custody and support amicably’.
And while the latest hearing was a ‘settlement conference’, there does not appear to be any chance of finding a solution for now.
In her legal filings, St. Clair sought sole custody of the child.
She claimed she and Musk got together in St. Barts in the Caribbean in January last year and had sex twice, leading to the conception of the child, which was born in September.
In her original petition, St. Clair said that Musk had only met their child three times and that she is the only parent to make decisions on the child’s behalf.

The custody battle has grown increasingly messy for Elon Musk, whose doubts were reportedly dashed by a paternity test showing a 99.99 percent chance he’s the father

She claims that Musk was not present for the birth of the boy and hasn’t expressed any interest in having custody.
St. Clair announced the baby in a post on the evening of Valentine’s Day, saying: ‘Five months ago, I welcomed a new baby into the world. Elon Musk is the father.
‘I have not previously disclosed this to protect our child’s privacy and safety, but in recent days it has become clear that tabloid media intends to do so, regardless of the harm it will cause.
‘I intend to allow our child to grow in a normal and safe environment. For that reason, I ask that the media honor our child’s privacy, and refrain from invasive reporting.’
Soon after the announcement, Musk penned a cryptic post to X in reply to a fan who said making ‘another baby’ was yet another of Musk’s ‘side quests’. Musk reacted with crying laughing emoji.
Musk has also amplified remarks from fellow MAGA influencer Isabella Moody, who shared a series of messages purportedly between her and St. Clair in which St. Clair appears to discuss seducing the billionaire.
‘I wasn’t going to post these, but now that Ashley St. Clair has leaked her private signal messages with Elon Musk after lying and saying she ‘wanted privacy’, here’s more evidence Ashely planned to baby trap Elon,’ Moody wrote.
‘She sent me these text messages in May 2023 when she first met Elon and started sleeping with him.’

The posts, shared by Moody – who worked with St. Clair at Arsenal Media Group in 2021 – prompted Musk to respond with a ‘Woah!’ and amplify her claims

Musk shares three children with singer Grimes: X Æ A-12 (aka X), 3, daughter Exa Dark Sideræl, and son Techno Mechanicus. Tension flared when Musk brought X to meet Donald Trump at the Oval Office (pictured) – despite their agreement to keep him out of the spotlight
Musk responded to the alleged revelation, writing: ‘Woah!’
‘Elon followed me. I need his rocket babies,’ messages purportedly from St. Clair read.
Musk first became a father in 2002 with the birth of his son Nevada Alexander with ex-wife Justine: the child tragically died at 10 weeks.
The pair had five more children: twins Vivian and Griffin, 20, and triplets Kai, Saxon and Damian, 19.
Musk has three children with singer Grimes, X Æ A-12, also known as X, three, and two other children, a girl, Exa Dark Sideræl, and a boy, Techno Mechanicus.
He also had twins Strider and Azure and another daughter, Arcadia, with Shivon Zillis, an executive at his brain implant company Neuralink.
Musk has publicly clashed with Grimes over X with the singer claiming on social media they agreed to keep the boy out of the public spotlight, only for Musk to take him to the Oval Office to meet President Trump.
