A NEW video of ousted tech CEO Andy Byron brazenly canoodling with his HR supremo at last week’s Coldplay concert has emerged.

The married executive, who stepped down from his position on Saturday due to the scandal, is pictured standing behind his reported mistress, Kristin Cabot, with his arm around her.

The video was taken moments before the band’s kiss cam honed in on the loved-up pair, catching them off guard at the Boston concert.

The footage emerged after concert attendees trawled through their gig recordings to find more damning evidence of the alleged cheaters.

The CEO and ‘Chief People Officer’ can be seen on the front row of their tier at the Gillette Stadium in full view of the crowd below.

Chris Martin and his bandmates are directly visible, highlighting how openly the colleagues were showcasing their affection before being caught on the big screen.

The smiling pair initially hugged each other but then appeared to panic, trying to hide their faces as they crouched down to avoid the camera’s view.

Chris Martin quipped: “Oh what… either they’re having an affair or they’re very shy.”

As he caught view of himself, Byron appeared to say “f****** hell, it’s me”.

Martin added, laughing nervously: “Oh s***, I hope we didn’t do something bad.”

The humiliating moment prompted a chorus of laughter in the packed 55,000-seater stadium and has since been viewed millions of times online.

The colleagues at Astronomer, a tech company valued at over $1.3billion, were immediately placed on leave.

And the following day, the CEO, who is married to Megan Kerrigan, handed in his resignation.

The company said in a statement: “Astronomer is committed to the values and culture that have guided us since our founding.

“Our leaders are expected to set the standard in both conduct and accountability, and recently, that standard was not met.”

Pete DeJoy stepped in as CEO and said the viral incident has received “a level of media attention that few companies – let alone startups in our small corner of the data and AI world – ever encounter.”

He wrote on LinkedIn, “The spotlight has been unusual and surreal for our team and, while I would never have wished for it to happen like this, Astronomer is now a household name.”

Megan, who is believed to share two children with Byron, has not yet broken her silence but removed her husband’s name from her Facebook profile.

She is now said to be lying low with her family members including her elder sister Maura, at her family’s grand mansion in Maine.

Pete DeJoy stepped into the role and said the viral incident has received “a level of media attention that few companies – let alone startups in our small corner of the data and AI world – ever encounter.”

The scandal comes just months after Ms Cabot took out a $1.6million mortgage on a house she purchased with her husband Andrew – a sixth-generation heir to the Privateer Rum fortune.

Meanwhile, just months before the scandal, The Cabots purchased a $2.2 million home on the New Hampshire coast in March and did not buy it in cash.

Documents obtained by The U.S. Sun show the couple took out a mammoth loan on the house with Morgan Stanley, and both of their names are on paperwork for the mortgage.

The residence is located just two miles from the beach and was sold “as is” as the home “needs rehab.”

It sits on 1.42 acres, with fruit trees, berry bushes, and pastoral views.

The chaos has rippled through Astronomer, with employees and ex-staffers reacting with glee and disbelief.

“Group chats were blowing up,” one former colleague told the New York Post.

“People were laughing their a** off.”

The executive was described as a “sales-obsessed” leader with a reportedly “toxic” management style.

Byron previously called Ms Cabot a “proven leader” when she joined the company in November last year as the head of HR.

The CEO gushed: “Kristin’s exceptional leadership and deep expertise in talent management, employee engagement, and scaling people strategies will be critical as we continue our rapid trajectory.”

Ms Calbot released a similarly enthusiastic comment, saying she thought the “real magic happens when you align the people strategy with the business strategy.”

On her LinkedIn, she boasts: “I lead by example and win trust with employees of all levels, from CEOs to managers to assistants.”

The fan who captured the original kiss cam moment told The U.S. Sun she had no idea the couple were senior tech executives.

She said: “I just thought I caught an interesting reaction to the kiss cam and decided to post it. A part of me feels bad… but, play stupid games, win stupid prizes.”

During their following performance at the Camp Randall Stadium in Madison, Wisconsin, Chris made a sly warning to the crowd ahead of the kiss cam.

He said: “We’d like to say hello to some of you in the crowd.

“We’re gonna use our cameras and put some of you on the big screen.

“So please, if you haven’t done your make-up, do your make-up now.”

One concert-goer brandished a large sign declaring: “HE’S NOT MY CEO,” with an arrow pointing to the man next to her.

Who is Andy Byron?

TECH tycoon Andy Byron is the head of one of the fastest-growing companies in data infrastructure.

He was thrust into the spotlight – literally – when Coldplay’s Chris Martin accidentally exposed him seemingly having an affair with a colleague.

Andy Byron was until last week the CEO of Astronomer, a software development company reported to be worth more than $1.3 billion (£1 billion).

He had been in the position since July 2023, according to his LinkedIn page.

Before joining Astronomer, Byron held leadership roles in several technology-focused ventures, bringing a track record in “scaling enterprise tools and building teams across global markets”.

He was relatively unknown outside the tech sector… at least until last week.

Byron’s wife, Megan Kerrigan, is said to share two kids with the tech wizz.

It is understood she is lying low at the family’s £2.4million four-bedroom, four-bathroom mansion in Maine.

Byron’s colleague Kristin Cabot has been Astronomer’s Chief People Officer for nine months.

The HR staffer – who has the second surname Thornby in brackets on her LinkedIn – boasts on her page that she wins “trust with employees of all levels, from CEOs to managers to assistants”.
