Marvin Oraiha, 24, was found dead on the driveway of his home in Elizabeth Hills on the afternoon of May 22, 2023.

Shortly after, two cars linked to the alleged crime were found burnt out in the nearby suburbs of Green Valley and Bonnyrigg Heights.

Oraiha had links to the Comancheros bikie gang.

Strike force detectives have already charged nine people, who remain before the courts, but have continued to investigate the fatal shooting.

Yesterday, they arrested a 26-year-old man at a Silverwater correctional centre and charged him with murder and participating in a criminal group contributing to criminal activity.

He fronted Burwood Local Court later that same day.

Detectives alleged he had provided the guns used in the shooting, instructed the gunmen on how to use and maintain the weapons and collected the guns afterwards.
