LOS ANGELES — The world of Pandora is heating up.

James Cameron’s “Avatar: Fire and Ash” released its first trailer, teasing a new chapter in the record-breaking franchise.

The trailer, which made its cinematic debut accompanying “The Fantastic Four: First Steps” over the weekend, provides a captivating sneak peek into the forthcoming adventure. Fans are treated to their initial look at unseen Na’vi clans, awe-inspiring scenery, and novel creatures that further enrich the world of Pandora.

Sam Worthington returns as Jake Sully and Zoe Saldaña reprises her role as Neytiri, with Sigourney Weaver, Stephen Lang, Kate Winslet, among others, as the Sully family encounters new obstacles in an evolving world.

Authored by James Cameron, Rick Jaffa, and Amanda Silver, with a storyline developed by Cameron, Jaffa, Silver, Josh Friedman, and Shane Salerno, “Avatar: Fire and Ash” pledges to offer the expansive scope and pioneering visuals that audiences anticipate.
