    Shooting happened in 100 Block of South Orange Blossom Trail

    ORANGE COUNTY, Fla. – A man was critically injured in a shooting on Saturday afternoon, according to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office.

    Authorities reported they answered a call regarding a shooting incident on Norwich Road’s 4000 block at approximately 2:45 p.m., discovering a man in his 30s. It was ascertained by the deputies that he had been shot near the 4100 Block of South Orange Blossom Trail.

    According to a news release, the man was taken to the hospital in critical condition.

    Deputies said the investigation is active and ongoing.

    No other information was provided.
