Newcastle United has announced a significant global partnership with Guinness, joining two well-known entities with fervent fan bases worldwide.

The agreement will make the renowned Irish stout, along with Guinness 0.0, available throughout St. James’ Park, enhancing the matchday experience from concession areas to VIP lounges, giving fans of the Magpies a new way to enjoy their game days.

Guinness had previously expressed support for the Toon Army earlier this summer by sponsoring the club’s exclusive fan event in South Korea during their pre-season tour.

Over 250 fans gathered with Newcastle players and legends for an engaging afternoon filled with entertainment, giveaways, and the iconic pints – a testament to the enduring spirit of those devoted to the black-and-white, whether at home or abroad.

Peter Silverstone, Newcastle United’s Chief Commercial Officer, stated: “Newcastle United and Guinness are two legendary global names that were bound to come together. They will enable us to create memorable experiences for fans in Newcastle and around the world.”

Somnath Dasgupta, Marketing Director of Global Sports Partnerships at Guinness, commented: “Newcastle United is a well-known one-city club with a fervent fanbase that spans across the globe. We are thrilled to expand and strengthen our presence in football, and start new traditions with fans of the Geordie community worldwide.”

From the Gallowgate End to Guinness fans worldwide, the partnership promises to blend football and stout into something special.

How Newcastle Brown Ale will feel about it though… well, that’s a conversation best had over a pint.
