Myleene Klass claims she was racially discriminated against by a ‘cis white male’ while celebrating her investiture at Windsor Castle.

At a ceremony in July, the 47-year-old TV and radio presenter was recognized by King Charles for her contributions to women’s health, raising miscarriage awareness, and charitable work.

But while the event was a celebratory occasion, Myleene – whose mother was born in the Philippines – has since claimed an unnamed guest made disparaging comments based on her ethnic heritage.

Sharing their exchange with Instagram followers, she wrote: ‘WCM: You should move into the Palace at this rate.

‘ME: ‘Because I spend so much time there these days?’

‘WCM: ‘No because all Kensington houses have a Filipino’

‘This was said to me by a white cis male at a work gathering for a cheap laugh when my MBE was being discussed and celebrated.

‘The fact this was the WCM’s idea of a joke is the worrying bit and also the reason I’m so proud of the positive disruption and representation I continue to evoke with my work and voice, and by just being ‘a bit brown’ (yeah had that too).’

The term cis, an abbreviation of cisgender, typically relates to an individual whose gender identity corresponds with their gender at birth.

Her comments were posted over a screenshot of another person who had direct messaged her another insensitive comment as they compared her to a maid.

They wrote: ‘You look so much like my maid when I was living in Brazil. It is interesting that any woman can be presentable when they have money. Well done!’

The post comes amid claims of a rift between Myleene and Frankie Bridge.

The radio presenter is believed to be embroiled in a ten-year feud with The Saturdays singer, 36, after Myleene is said to have believed she was being ‘blanked’ by Frankie and confronted her at the 2013 Glamour Women of the Year awards.

The tension reportedly led to ITV having to step in to avoid any conflict during the daytime TV programme, Loose Women, where both stars regularly appear.

However, earlier this week Frankie has opened up about the rumours and her relationships on the show.

Answering a fan’s question on Instagram, she wrote: ‘I love it! The women are all so funny and supportive. Behind-the-scenes team are just as amazing and integral to the show. I’m very lucky.

‘I’ve consistently worked with amazing women for the best part of my career and I wouldn’t have it any other way.’

Myleene is said to be at loggerheads with Frankie and her The Saturdays bandmate Rochelle Humes – both former clients of her bodyguard ex-husband.

According to claims, ITV have been forced to step in to help smooth things over in the decade-long feud, which is just now coming to light.

The trio all used to be close friends, with Loose Women hosts Myleene and Frankie attending fellow ITV star Rochelle’s hen do in 2012.

Yet the following year, after the confrontation at the 2013 Glamour Women of the Year awards, the pair requested not to work together.

However, due to a staff shortage around Christmas last year, Myleene and Frankie ended up on the same Loose Women panel – resulting in an ‘awkward’ episode with ‘minimal interaction’.
