(The Hill) – Virginia Roberts Giuffre, one of the most well-known accusers of Jeffrey Epstein, wrote a memoir that is planned for release this fall, as announced by the publishing house Alfred A. Knopf.

The 400-page book, “Nobody’s Girl: A Memoir of Surviving Abuse and Fighting for Justice,” is scheduled for release on Oct. 21.

The publisher stated, “Giuffre provides a candid portrayal of her experiences with Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell—from Epstein’s Palm Beach residence to his Upper East Side townhouse, private aircraft, and island, including encounters with politicians and CEOs at a vast New Mexico ranch to an infamous night with Prince Andrew in London.”

“Her account reveals intimate, unsettling, and heartbreaking new insights about her interactions with Epstein, Maxwell, and their various famous associates, notably Prince Andrew, whom she discusses openly for the first occasion since their private settlement in 2022,” the statement continued.

In 2021, Giuffre filed a suit against Prince Andrew, claiming that he sexually assaulted her when she was a minor. She stated that Epstein introduced her to Prince Andrew in London in 2001, alleging that Epstein’s partner, Ghislaine Maxwell, coerced her into having sex with him.

Prince Andrew has denied meeting Giuffre, saying it “didn’t happen.” They reached a settlement “in principle” in early 2022.

Giuffre worked alongside author and journalist Amy Wallace for four years to author the memoir before Giuffre tragically passed away on April 25 by suicide.

In late March, Giuffre was struck by a school bus and said she was given four days to live after going into renal failure.

Just days after the incident, Giuffre expressed in an email her “heartfelt wish that this work be published, regardless of my circumstances at the time,” as noted by the publishing house, who included the email in their announcement.

“The content of this book is crucial, as it aims to shed light on the systemic failures that allow the trafficking of vulnerable individuals across borders. It is imperative that the truth is understood and that the issues surrounding this topic are addressed, both for the sake of justice and awareness,” Giuffre wrote in the email.

“In the event of my passing, I would like to ensure that NOBODY’S GIRL is still released. I believe it has the potential to impact many lives and foster necessary discussions about these grave injustices,” Giuffre, who came out publicly with her accusation in 2015 and became an advocate for sex trafficking survivors, added.

She has said Epstein and Maxwell, his longtime partner, hired her as a masseuse following their introduction at President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago club in the early 2000s when she was a teenager.

Epstein was sentenced to 18 months in jail for soliciting prostitution in 2009 and died in prison awaiting trial sex trafficking charges.

Maxwell is serving a sentence after her conviction on sex trafficking charges.
